How long does shipping take?+
Orders ship within 3–5 business days after production. Once shipped, US delivery is typically 3–7 business days.
Do you ship internationally?+
Right now we only ship within the United States. We're working on expanding soon — sign up for our IG if you want a heads-up when international launches.
What's the return policy?+
If your shirt arrives defective, misprinted, or the wrong size, email us within 30 days at jackyendes@gmail.com and we'll replace it free. We can't accept returns for size changes after wear or wash.
How do the sizes run?+
Our tees are Gildan 5000 — true to size, classic fit, not slim. If you're between sizes, size up. See the full Size guide for chest/length measurements.
Can I cancel or change my order?+
We can change or cancel orders within 6 hours of placement. After that, your shirt has likely already entered production and can't be modified.
What payment methods do you accept?+
All major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna at checkout.
Is the print quality going to last?+
Yes. Our prints use DTG (direct-to-garment) on heavyweight cotton — wash inside out in cold, hang dry or tumble low, and the print will last as long as the shirt does.
Where are the shirts made?+
Designed by us, printed by partner facilities in the United States.
